PRODUCT AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

If you are planning a visit to one of our stores, please note that not all products are available at all stores.  We highly recommend you call your local store to confirm availability prior to visiting.  Of course we are always happy to transfer products between locations or to special order any products you wish.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you if there is a delay or problem, so be sure to include your phone number and/or a valid email address. Check out the shipping map below for your estimated UPS or FedEX delivery day. 

 

A request to ship to an alternate address (any address other than the bill-to) for a credit or debit card purchase may result in a shipping delay, due to security measures. We must complete additional verification and authorization to ship to an alternate address, so please call us as soon as possible after completion of your order to begin this process. (866) 544-4358.  We will not proceed with your order until we hear from you.

 

 

TRACKING NUMBERS

 Tracking numbers are provided upon request.  Please contact our customer service department at shop@fifthseasongardening.com, and we will be happy to provide you with a tracking number. Please wait 48 hours after your order is placed. An automatic email will be sent to you the day that your order is shipped, so you can estimate your delivery day. 

RETURNS

Fifth Season Gardening Company is committed to your satisfaction. Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt date. Please return all items in "as-new" condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted. All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number - no exceptions. To obtain an RMA# call (866) 544-4358.  Used and "special order" items are not accepted for return.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If a product is in need of repair, please call our toll-free number (866) 544-4358 for an RA (Return Authorization) number or for information on where to have your item serviced.  Some warranty repairs will be handled directly with the manufacturer.

PRICING

If you see a price that seems too low to be true, please call us at (866) 544-4358.  We make mistakes too and won't be held liable for simple human error.   You will, however, receive our gratitude and a little gift for taking the time to contact us with any pricing errors you see.  We apologize for any errors you might find.
