The Hüll Research Facility in Germany is widely known for churning out some of the most desirable new hop varietals around and this one is no exception. Callista was bred from Hallertaü Tradition and an unknown male. Showcasing aromatic notes of tropical fruit, peach, passionfruit, apricot, red berries, and subtle pine resin. A combination of low alpha acid and high aromatic oil content makes this hop excellent for late additions, whirlpool, or dry-hopping.
