A recently developed aromatic hop cultivar from New Zealand that contributes a nice mix of citrus and spicy/peppery notes. This is a great addition in Pale Ales, IPAs, and other hop forward style. They can also be used to contribute a little bit of extra character in pales, IPAs, hoppy Belgian styles, lagers, Saisons, Witbiers, and more!
Aroma: Lemon, Lime, Orange Flesh, Melon, Lime, Blood Orange, Freshly-ground Black Pepper
Usage: Dual-purpose. Its high alpha levels allow for decent bittering, but it also has a distinctive aroma and flavor when put in late.
