Description
Hornindal is a one of a kind Norwegian Kveik comprised of a blend of yeast strains that generate a wonderful range of flavors and aromas. Brewers can expect notes of tropical fruit and a range of complex aromatics that can come across as pineapple, stone fruit, and dried fruit. These compounds pair beautifully with fruity hops. You can also pump up “C” hops even more and raise ester intensity with higher fermentation temps. This strain works great at 90°F or even higher without producing phenolics or fusel alcohols.

Alcohol Tolerance: 16% ABV
Optimum Ferm Temp: 68-95˚F
