Large fruits (up to 2½ in.) make for easy harvest and processing. Highly productive. Most fruits ripen to yellow, while some stay green throughout. Fruits average about the size of a golf ball. For a tarter salsa, use the bright green fruits while the husk is still green; for a sweet and fruity flavor, wait until the husk dries. 4-6 ft. plants.

Southern Exposure focuses on offering heirloom varieties that are particularly well suited to growing in the Southeast. They work with a number of small farms in order to provide only Certified Organic and Non-GMO seeds.
