The Czech Republic is the home of great Pilsners, so this Czech strain is the perfect choice for Bohemian-style Pilsners. This strain finishes dry and malty. To reduce sulfur production during the fermentation process, raise the fermentation temperature (58°F) and this will dissipate with conditioning.
