They are committed to working with small and local farms in order to source the highest quality and freshest grain possible. They operate on a very small scale and specialize in specialty malts designed to deliver maximum color and flavor.
Packing all of the roastiness of their barley-based Milk Chocolate malt, this roast contributes a nitro-like velvety foam and silky mouthfeel to any mid-to-dark beer. A great choice for Black IPA, Porter, Stout, or any recipe where a smoother palette experience is desired.
