Gift Cards
Yes! We offer gift cards for use on our web store and in our physical shops! You can find them here.
Our system currently does not allow for a single Gift Card option that will work both In-Store and Online. We know it's a bummer and we're hoping for a resolution soon! If you choose the wrong GIft Card option then just reply to your Order Confirmation, send us a Chat, or email us. We can easily fix this for you.
Yes, absolutely! If you choose either the In-Store Only or Online Only Gift Card options and would prefer the other then simply reply to your Order Confirmation, send us a Chat, or email us. We can easily fix this for you!
Products
We always hope that our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please refer to the Return Policy located at the bottom of our home page for more information.
If you see an item online that you would like and it's not showing stock at your local Fifth Season then you have a couple of options. First, we do offer mail order service and would be happy to ship your item to you. You can simply add it to your cart and proceed to Checkout in order to view shipping quotes and timelines. If your item is for In-Store Pickup Only or you would prefer to avoid shipping charges then you can send us a Chat, email us, or call your local Fifth Season to request the item.
We are unable to ship plants at this time. We are working towards being able to offer reliable, affordable, and timely shipping options for our live goods. Stay tuned!
Orders
Questions regarding Store Pickup orders should be directed to the Pickup Location. If you have questions about a mail order then you can reply to your Order Confirmation or contact us using one of the methods on our Customer Support page.
We mark all In-Store Pickup Orders as Fulfilled once we receive them. These orders are managed in a separate, more robust, system that allows us to separate orders for various locations and provides more opportunities for communication with our customers. You will be contacted by your pickup location within 24 hours (usually much less!) of placing your order with a status update and pickup options.
We carry a number of items that are too large, bulky, or heavy to reasonably ship. Others are too fragile and we're not able to ship plants at this time either. These items have been set to In-Store Pickup Only and will not allow a Shipping option at Checkout. If you see the In-Store Pickup Only badge on any of your items then they will need to be removed from the cart in order to having Shipping options show.
Our system will only allow In-Store Pickups for a location when all of the items in your cart are in stock at that particular location. If you do not see your local shop available for Pickup then one or more of the items in your cart are not in stock at that location. You will need to remove any out of stock item(s) from your cart in order to allow for In-Store Pickup at your shop. Each of our product pages will list the available inventory for each location, allowing you to tell what is in stock where. If you would like something from your local shop that is not in stock there then send us a Chat or email us! We're happy to help you get what you need.
We're happy to accomodate any changes that we can to your order. Changes to Store Pickup orders should be directed to the Pickup Location. If you would like to make changes to a mail order then you can reply to your Order Confirmation or contact us using one of the methods on our Customer Support page. Please note that we are unable to make changes once an order has been shipped.
We can process order cancellations up to the shipment of the order. Once we have shipped an order it will need to go through the Returns process. If you would like to cancel your order then please respond to your Order Confirmation or contact us at shop@fifthseasongardening.com.
Unfortunately, our warehouse is not set up as a retail location and not able to serve as a pick up locations. We are able to coordinate warehouse pick ups for large or bulk orders. Feel free to contact us if you have a large or bulk order.
Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
We ship our orders out in 48 hours or less with most being processed the day they were received. You will be contacted if your order is going to take longer than 48 hours to process.
When your order arrives will be a function of the shipping method you chose and your location.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed. If you do not see a Confirmation email then check your Spam folder. You can also login to your Account in order to view the order status.
