Shipping, Damaged Orders, & Returns
We offer a 30 day Return Policy on any items that you would like to return. We are unable to issue refunds on shipping charges and any costs associated with the return must be covered by the returning party or detracted from the value of the refund. In order for your return to be accepted and a refund issued the following conditions must be met:
- The Return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery of the item(s) in question.
- The item(s) in question must be returned and received within 14 days of issuing the return label.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
How to Submit a Return
1. You can either reply to your original Order Confirmation email or send us an email at email@example.com to initiate a return.
2. Please include the following information in your email: Order Number, Item(s) for return, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
3. If the return is accepted then a return shipping label will be issued. Refunds will be issued after we confirm receipt of the return item(s).
Please not that we do not accept returns on any of the grow bulbs in our lighting selection or items/materials that require measuring, weighing, cutting, or altering in any way.

We do our very best to pack orders to prevent damages in transit. However, sometimes things happen while our wonderful products are on their way to your door and some damage is incurred. If you receive an order with damage then please take the following steps:
- Report the damage to the driver if possible.
- Immediately photograph the damage to the packaging and item(s).
- Save the box and packaging from the damaged order until resolved.
- Immediately contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the damaged order.
Standard Shipping Policy
We are able to process most standard orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Occasionally, there is an issue that affects our ability to process an order within the aforementioned time frame. We will contact you immediately if this is the case. We are not able to issue shipping refunds for delays on the part of the carrier.
Expedited Shipping Policy
We offer a number of shipping options for expedited delivery. Please note that the delivery timeline selected at checkout does not include the processing time for the order. For example, if you select 2-Day Shipping with one of our carriers the order may take longer than this to arrive given our 24-48 hour processing window.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time.
