They are committed to working with small and local farms in order to source the highest quality and freshest grain possible. They operate on a very small scale and specialize in specialty malts designed to deliver maximum color and flavor.
Unmalted with similar dark chocolate roastiness to Bakers Cocoa with some smoke and char but restrained bitterness . Produces brown colored foam.
