Description
Traditionally in the lightly-hopped lagers and ales of southern Germany, Hersbrucker works well in Munich-style pale and dark lager, Weissbier, Oktoberfest, and Bock. Thanks to its mellow spiciness, it also works well in many Belgian ales or more hop-forward lagers like Pils.
