Description
Released in 2009, Strata hops are gaining a lot of traction thanks to its unique qualities. It is an aroma hop with many layers of different fruit flavors, dried and fresh, anchored with a dried chili-dank-funk. Late hot side additions bring out layers of rounded-tropical plus bright-fresh fruit flavors; dry hopping yields more grapefruit and dank notes. The tropical fruit that we all love, along with other interesting complexities, is what makes this hop shine.
