This Belgian-style ale yeast is used specifically for its ability to create Saison-style beers. This yeast strain allows brewers to reach the high attenuation characteristic of Saisons, creating a beer that is fruit, spicy and refreshing. Designed for warm-temperature fermentation, this strain is true to traditional “Farmhouse” production methods.
