Lallemand Nottingham is a class English style ale yeast known for excellent performance and an ability to ferment a wide variety of styles under a wide range of conditions. Nottingham is a great choice for a number of traditional styles like Pale Ale, Porter, Amber Ale, Barleywine and more!
Due to Nottingham's fairly neutral profile it can be used to ferment a wide range of other styles like Golden Ale, Kölsch, Lager-style beers, IPA, and Imperial Stout, among many others. It's also a great choice for high gravity brews given its ability to tolerate harsh fermentation conditions.
