Description
This White Labs yeast strain creates underlying esters of melon and pear which combine well with hop and malt derived notes. With a medium to high ABV, it is great for strong Scotch-style ales or barleywine beers. This versatile strain can be neutral at the low end of the recommended fermentation temperature range or provide more esters at the higher range.

Alcohol Tolerance: 8-12% ABV
Optimum Ferm Temp: 65-70˚F
