Arnica flower is widely known for its ability to help muscles and joints mend from stress or injury. Cayenne and Black Pepper oils both work as enhancers of circulation in order to reduce discomfort related to poor circulation, stiffness, sprains, and sciatica. The Sore Joint Rub has a wonderful fragrance, is Gluten Free, and also smoothes and softens your skin.
