Since its release in 1990, the Centennial Hop has become one of the most well-respected hop varieties. Named after the 100th year anniversary of the state of Washington, this hop also quickly developed the nickname Super Cascade for its strong citrus and pine characteristics. Incredibly well-rounded, this hop is used for bittering, flavor, aroma and dry-hopping. Recommended Styles: IPA, IPA, Double IPA, or IPA
