These hops are made using innovative technology in cryogenic processing in which hops are separated into concentrated lupulin and bract at extremely low temperatures, which preserves the essential oils and resins. This process doubles the hop potency by 40-50% of traditional hop pellets for the same weight, creating an enhanced hop flavor with juicy, fruity characteristics that are well-suited for IPA beers and styles.
