They are committed to working with small and local farms in order to source the highest quality and freshest grain possible. They operate on a very small scale and specialize in specialty malts designed to deliver maximum color and flavor.
Murphy & Rude's Brown malt imparts an intoxicating charred cracker, black pepper, roasted nut shell flavor with noticeable acidity. Great for beers headed to a barrel to age, or when you are looking for a drier finish.
