This versatile strain provides the best qualities of American style beers and its performance is consistent, making it a great choice for a "House" strain. This strain produces a soft, clean profile with hints of nut and a slightly tart finish. To accentuate hop character and increased fruitiness, ferment at a warmer temperature, but for a clean, citrusy character, ferment at cooler temps. It attenuates well and is reliably flocculent, producing bright beer without filtration.
