This versatile strain is a good option for producing Saison or farmhouse style beers and Belgian style beers that are highly aromatic (estery), peppery, spicy and citrusy. Enhancing spices and aroma hops, this strain is very attenuative while also leaving an unexpected silky, rich mouthfeel. This strain can also be used to re-boot stuck fermentations or in high gravity beers.
