Description
This extremely flocculent yeast strain produces very malty beers. A very good cask conditioned ale strain, the attenuation levels are usually less than other yeast strains, resulting in a slightly sweeter finish. Increasing the fermentation temperature range to 70-74 °F results in increasingly fruity ales. After fermentation is complete, a thorough diacetyl rest is recommended. Bright beers are easily achieved within days without any filtration.
